Ed was highly recommended by our highly respected Agent who works in the San Francisco Region to help us sell our condo in San Ramon. My wife and I had just completed a multi-transaction project that had many moving parts and we needed a quick and effortless sale to keep our sanity. Ed and I hammered out all in our first meeting everything (i.e., preparation, pricing, showing, and analyses) we needed to do moving forward. After we turned over the key to Ed, things were running in automatic mode. The property was prepared immaculately and the staging was stunning. We received an over-the- asking price offer just four days on the market. We accepted the offer and everything proceeded ahead of schedule. The entire process from turning over the property to Ed to the removal of all contingencies by the buyer was only little over three effortless weeks. We had superb communications throughout the process.
Ed Jue is a great Realtor! He has been very informative and helpful selling two homes for us within the last year in the Fremont area. Ed is very professional while being warm and helpful. Ed did an absolutely fantastic job with finding the right contractors to help get our property back normal after years of neglect. He helped with meeting directly with those key contractors while we were unable to be present. He was knowledgeable, effective, and, most importantly, kind and patient. My husband and I just purchased our very first home with Ed's help! Our home buying experience was - dare I say - easy! Ed was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Livermore area. He knew school zones, rough neighborhood ages and any need to know information (e.g. located in the flight path, backs up to the trains, etc.). He was also thoughtful in pointing out anything he noticed about the house, neighborhood or neighbors upon our arrival. Ed is very responsive and was always available to answer my MANY, MANY questions or take me out to see a house on a whim. Once we were in contract on a house, Ed helped us through the entire process. He set up our inspections and stayed with us while they were done. He was a great liaison between our family and the sellers agent. He even showed up at our signing just to make sure everything went smoothly, & hand delivered our new house keys once we closed! Ed is thoughtful, trustworthy & an all around great person to work with! I would recommend him to anyone I know purchasing a home.
I would also like to shout out Ed's assistant Lauri - she stepped in whenever Ed wasn't available and was also wonderful to work with. She showed us a handful of houses and made sure we were in the know regarding any important closing dates coming up.
